Homemade Play Dough

Ingredients
- 1 c. flour
- 1 c. water
- 1/2 c. salt
- 2 Tbsp. cream of tartar
- 1 Tbsp. cooking oil
- food coloring (optional) or flavors for smell
Instructions
1. Mix all ingredients; cook on medium heat until it pulls away from side of pan (approximately 3 minutes).
2. Knead.
3. Store in airtight container.
