Yummy Potatoes

Zutaten
- 1 (11 oz.) can condensed cream of chicken soup
- 1 1/2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 1 c. sour cream
- 6 medium potatoes, sliced thin
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/4 c. thin sliced onion (optional)
Anleitung
1. Combine cream of chicken soup and 1 cup cheese in saucepan. Heat over medium-low heat, stirring to prevent scorching.
2. Add sour cream. Mix thoroughly.
3. Place potatoes in casserole, one layer at a time, and top with the mixture 1/3 each time over the three layers.
4. Cream mixture on top.
