Honey-Glazed Carrots
Zutaten
- 10 to 12 small carrots
- 3 tsp. margarine
- 1 tsp. brown sugar
- 2 tsp. honey
Anleitung
1. Cook carrots in boiling water about 10 minutes or until tender.
2. Drain.
3. In a skillet, melt margarine and add sugar and honey.
4. Simmer this for 2 minutes.
5. Add carrots and cook over low heat, turning until well glazed (about 5 minutes).
