Ham And Potato Casserole

Zutaten
- 5 to 7 potatoes, peeled and sliced
- 1 1/2 c. ham, diced
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1/2 can water
- salt and pepper to taste
Anleitung
1. Mix together all ingredients.
2. Put in a covered casserole dish and bake for 1 hour at 375°.
3. Remove cover last 10 minutes.
