Coconut Pecan Topping

Zutaten
- 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 egg yolks
- 1/2 tsp. vanilla
- 1 1/3 c. flaked coconut
- 2/3 c. evaporated milk
- 1/3 c. margarine
- 1 c. chopped pecans
Anleitung
1. In medium saucepan, combine sugar, milk, egg yolks and margarine.
2. Cook and stir over medium heat until mixture comes to a boil.
3. Remove from heat.
4. Stir in coconut, pecans and vanilla. Cool 15 minutes and spread on top layers of German chocolate cake.
