When You Can'T Decide ... Stuffing Or Potatoes

- 8 c. diced raw potatoes
- 3/4 c. minced onion
- 1 c. chopped celery and leaves
- 1/3 c. melted butter
- 1/4 c. chopped parsley
- 2 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning

1. Boil potatoes.
2. Toss with remaining ingredients.
3. Bake at 375° for 30 minutes.
4. (Bake in regular casserole dish or baking dish.)
