Turkey And Rice Casserole

- 2 c. cooked rice (noodles may be substituted)
- 1 c. mushroom soup
- 1 can mushroom pieces
- 1 egg, well beaten
- 2 c. diced turkey
- 1/2 c. diced celery
- 1 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. turkey broth
- 1/2 c. diced American cheese

1. Mix all ingredients; pour into greased casserole.
2. Sprinkle top with buttered crumbs, if desired.
3. Bake 30 to 40 minutes at 350° (until bubbling).
