- 5 deboned chicken breast halves
- 1 tsp. salt, divided
- 1/4 c. butter
- 3 Tbsp. flour
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 1/2 c. orange juice
التعليمات
1. Place chicken in single layer in baking dish.
2. Brush with some of the melted butter, reserving remainder for the sauce.
3. Sprinkle with 1/2 of the salt and bake in 375° oven for 30 minutes.
