- 1 pick of the chick pack
- 5 potatoes, peeled and cut up
- 3 carrots, peeled and cut up
- 1 jar Chicken Tonight (French)

1. Put all ingredients in roasting pan in order given.
2. Cover and bake at 325° to 350° from 8:30 a.m. until you get home from church.
3. I skin my chicken to remove as much fat as possible. Serve with salad or applesauce.
