Scalloped Sweet Potatoes

- 4 medium sweet potatoes
- salt
- 3/4 c. packed brown sugar
- 1/4 c. margarine

1. Cook, peel and halve sweet potatoes.
2. Arrange sweet potatoes in shallow baking dish and sprinkle with salt.
3. Bring sugar and 1/4 cup water to boil, add margarine and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
4. Bake, uncovered, in preheated 350° oven about 30 minutes.
5. Makes 4 servings.
