Sausage And Egg Quiche
المكونات
- 2 pie shells
- 1 lb. sausage
- 8 eggs
- 2 c. shredded Cheddar cheese
- 2 c. Mozzarella cheese
- salt and pepper

1. Brown sausage and drain off fat.
2. Beat eggs.
3. Add in cheeses and sausage.
4. Pour into pie shells.
5. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.
