Potato Crulers

المكونات
- 1 c. sugar
- 3 egg yolks
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1 c. mashed potatoes (3 medium)
- 5 Tbsp. whiskey or brandy
- 1 tsp. butter
- 3 tsp. baking powder
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. vanilla
التعليمات
1. Add sugar, butter and eggs to hot potatoes.
2. Add milk, flour, baking powder, salt, vanilla and brandy.
3. Roll out on floured board and cut 1/4-inch thick.* Fry in hot fat.
