Maloney'S Baked Chicken (Lorraine)

- 1 cut up chicken
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1 tsp. ginger
- 1 c. flour

1. Wash chicken and dry. Shake in bag flour, poultry seasoning and ginger with chicken.
2. Bake at 375° for 1 hour.
3. Melt 1 stick butter and baste every 1/2 hour.
