Lear'S "Hot" Chili
المكونات
- 1 lb. hamburg
- 1 (12 oz.) can Italian tomatoes
- 1/4 c. Vlasic hot chili peppers, sliced
- 1 (20 oz.) can hot chili beans
- 1 large can tomato juice
- chili powder to taste
- pepper to taste
- cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 large onion, diced

1. Brown hamburg with onion and drain off grease.
2. Add tomatoes, peppers, onions, tomato juice and seasonings.
3. Bring to a boil, then simmer about 45 minutes.
4. Serve with crackers and ice water.
