Easy Oven Swiss Steak

- 2 lb. round steak
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
- 2 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 medium onion, sliced

1. Flour and brown steak in hot oil on both sides.
2. Combine tomato sauce, sugar, vinegar and Worcestershire sauce and pour over meat in skillet.
3. Add salt and pepper to taste.
4. Simmer, uncovered, 5 minutes.
5. Add onion slices, cover and bake 1 1/2 hours at 350° or until tender.
