- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 2 Tbsp. hot pepper sauce (Tabasco sauce) or to taste
- juice of 2 lemons
- ground pepper to taste

2. Flatten a bit by pounding with your hand so that the chicken is "butterflied".
3. Mix the remaining ingredients in a large bowl; marinate the bird for 2 hours.
