Coating Mix For Oven Fried Chicken

- 2 c. dry bread crumbs
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. celery salt
- 1 tsp. onion powder
- pepper
- 1 tsp. poultry seasoning
- 1/4 c. oil

1. Mix all ingredients together; store in covered container. When read to use, moisten chicken with milk or water.
2. Put some of coating in small bag.
3. Put chicken in bag, one piece at a time to coat.
4. Lay, skin side up, on ungreased baking sheet.
5. Bake for 1 hour at 375°, or until done.
