Citrus Roast Chicken

المكونات
- 1 roasting chicken
- 1 lemon, quartered
- 1 orange, quartered
- 1 onion, quartered
- 3 large cloves garlic, sliced
- salt and pepper to taste

1. Clean roasting chicken, removing insides.
2. Salt and pepper (I use lemon pepper).
3. Stuff the bird with the lemon, orange, onion and garlic.
4. Bake at 450° for 1 1/2 hours.
5. If bird starts to get too brown, you can cover it with foil.
