Chicken Mushroom Casserole

- 6 to 8 pieces chicken or amount needed
- 1 can Campbell's cream of mushroom soup
- 1 can evaporated milk
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can French fried onions

1. Wash chicken thoroughly.
2. Dry with paper towel.
3. Lay chicken pieces in a casserole dish.
4. Sprinkle with salt and pepper. Combine half the onions with the soup and milk.
5. Pour over chicken. Bake in 350° oven for 45 minutes or until chicken is done. Sprinkle remaining onions over top and return to oven for 5 minutes.
