Celery Ring

- 1 stalk celery
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 1 (3 oz.) pkg. cream cheese
- 3 Tbsp. tomato paste
- salt and pepper

1. Cream the cheese, butter and tomato paste.
2. Stuff all celery with mixture.
3. Start with heart and remake a stalk into its original shape.
4. Wrap in wax paper and chill.
5. Cut into rings for serving.
