Beef And Broccoli Over Noodles

- 1 lb. boneless beef sirloin steak
- 1 Tbsp. vegetable oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 onion, cut in wedges
- 1 (10 3/4 oz.) can Campbell's cream of broccoli soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 2 c. broccoli
- noodles

1. Slice beef into thin strips. In skillet add oil and heat over medium heat.
2. After oil gets hot, cook beef and garlic until beef is brown.
3. Add onion.
4. Cook 5 minutes.
5. Keep stirred.
