Bacon And Swiss Quiche

- 1/4 lb. Swiss, cut in 1/2-inch strips
- 12 slices bacon
- 1 pie crust (frozen)
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. heavy cream
- 1/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper

1. Fry bacon.
2. Spread frozen pie crust with 1 tablespoon melted butter.
3. Crumble bacon into bottom of pie and add Swiss strips. Mix 2 cups heavy cream with 4 eggs and 1/4 teaspoon salt and pepper.
4. Pour over bacon and Swiss.
5. Bake at 425° for first 15 minutes.
6. Drop temperature to 350° and bake another 30 minutes.
