Pepperoni Casserole

- 3 c. uncooked macaroni seashells or others
- 1 qt. spaghetti sauce
- 1 (4 oz.) can mushrooms
- 1 stick pepperoni, sliced thin
- 1 c. Parmesan cheese, grated
- 8 oz. Mozzarella cheese, shredded
步驟
1. Cook macaroni until tender, but firm.
2. Drain.
3. Heat sauce and mix with macaroni. Add mushrooms and half the pepperoni. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and 3/4 of the Mozzarella.
4. Mix together and place in a buttered casserole. Top with remaining Mozzarella and pepperoni.
5. Bake at 350° for 20 to 25 minutes or until cheese has melted.
6. Serves 6.
