Pasta Marco Polo(Cold Pasta Salad)
食材
- 1 lb. linguine
- 1/2 c. onion
- 2 c. sliced black olives
- 2 c. pimentos
- 1/2 lb. roasted pine nuts
- 1 c. parsley, chopped
- 2 c. vinaigrette
- juice of 2 limes
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1/2 c. olive oil
步驟
1. Cook pasta until al dente, remove and rinse.
2. Mix with 1/2 cup olive oil and salt and pepper.
3. Roast pine nuts in oven until brown.
4. Remove.
5. Add onion, olives, pimentos, pine nuts, parsley, vinaigrette and limes to pasta.
6. Mix well.
