Meat Marinade
食材
- 1/2 c. liquid shortening
- 1/2 c. cider vinegar
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 2 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 2 Tbsp. soy sauce
- 1/4 c. ketchup
- 1/2 c. brown sugar
步驟
1. Mix all ingredients and marinate for at least 12 hours or up to 5 days.
2. Excellent with chicken or beef.
