Hominy Casserole

- 1 can beef tamales
- 1 can hominy
- 1 can chili
- 1 onion, diced
- 1 bell pepper, diced
- 1 lb. Cheddar cheese, grated
步驟
1. Cut up tamales in squares and put in bottom of 9 x 13-inch casserole dish.
2. Drain hominy and add to tamales.
3. Add onion and bell pepper to dish.
4. Pour chili over all and top with cheese. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
5. Serves 4.
