- 4 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
- 1 Tbsp. ketchup
- 1/4 Tbsp. onion salt
- 1/4 Tbsp. garlic powder
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- dash of ground cayenne red pepper

2. Mix ingredients and soak strips of meat for 8 hours.
3. Dry to your taste.
