Sweet Potato Casserole

Ingredientes
- 3 c. sweet potatoes, mashed
- 1 egg
- 2/3 c. brown sugar
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. nutmeg
- 1/2 c. milk
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 Tbsp. salt
- 1/2 stick oleo or butter
- cornflakes
- miniature marshmallows
Instrucciones
1. Cook and mash 3 cups sweet potatoes.
2. Add egg.
3. Add sugar, vanilla, nutmeg, milk, salt and 1 tablespoon butter.
4. Melt 1/2 stick oleo or butter in casserole.
5. Add layer of crushed cornflakes, layer of sweet potatoes mixture and a layer of miniature marshmallows (1 cup).
6. Repeat above 3 layers.
7. Sprinkle a few crushed cornflakes over top layer of marshmallows.
8. Cover. Bake 15 minutes in 350° oven.
9. Uncover, brown and serve.
