Speedy Lemon Sauce

Ingredientes
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. half and half cream
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 tsp. lemon zest
- 1 Tbsp. minced parsley
- dash of salt and pepper
Instrucciones
1. Just mix in blender or shaker and serve over your favorite fish.
2. Makes 4 to 6 servings.
