Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball
Ingredientes
- 2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 (8 oz.) crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. chopped green pepper
- 1/2 c. chopped green onion
- 1 tsp. lemon pepper
- 1 tsp. seasoned salt
- 2 c. chopped pecans, divided in half
- assorted crackers

Instrucciones
1. In mixing bowl, whip cream cheese until smooth.
2. Gently stir in pineapple, green pepper, onion, seasonings and 1/2 cup nuts. Turn out onto a sheet of plastic wrap and shape into a ball. Refrigerate several hours or overnight.
