Lime Delight
Ingredientes
- 1 small pkg. lime jello
- 1 3/4 c. boiling water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/4 c. lime juice
- 1 c. sugar
- 1 can evaporated milk, chilled until icy
- 1 pkg. Famous chocolate wafers, crushed
- 1/2 c. melted butter
- 1 sq. semi-sweet chocolate

Instrucciones
1. Dissolve jello in boiling water.
2. Chill.
3. Whip evaporated milk until stiff.
4. Whip gelatin and stir in juices and sugar.
5. Fold in evaporated milk.
6. Put in 9 x 13-inch pan which has been layered with crushed Famous chocolate wafers mixed with melted butter.
7. Top with grated semi-sweet chocolate square.
8. Refrigerate.
