Hot Dog Casserole

Ingredientes
- instant potato puffs
- 1/4 c. sweet pickle relish, drained
- 2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
- 1 Tbsp. minced onion
- 2 tsp. prepared mustard
- 4 to 6 hot dogs
Instrucciones
1. Heat oven to 350°.
2. Prepare potato puffs for 4 servings as directed on package.
3. Stir in pickle relish, mayonnaise, onion and mustard.
4. Spoon into a 1-quart casserole.
5. Cut each hot dog in half.
6. Insert hot dog pieces upright around edge of mashed potatoes.
7. Bake, uncovered, 25 to 30 minutes.
