Ingredientes
- 3 oz. pkg. lemon Jell-O
- 3 oz. pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 2 Tbsp. salad dressing
- 1 c. crushed pineapple, drained
- 1/2 c. nuts, chopped fine
- 1/2 c. maraschino cherries, halved
- 1/4 c. heavy cream, whipped

Instrucciones
1. Prepare Jell-O according to package directions; allow to set slightly.
2. Whip cream cheese and salad dressing.
3. Mix well and whip into Jell-O.
4. Add pineapple, nuts and cherries.
5. Allow to set a few minutes to be sure it is thickening before adding the whipped cream.
6. Stir whipped cream into Jell-O mixture.
7. Pour into a pretty mold.
8. Best to set overnight.
