Congealed Apple-Nut Salad

Ingredientes
- 1 small box lime flavored gelatin
- 1 c. boiling water
- 3/4 c. cold water
- 2 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 1/2 c. finely chopped celery
- 1 1/2 c. chopped apples
- 1/4 c. chopped pecans
Instrucciones
1. Dissolve gelatin in boiling water.
2. Sprinkle lemon juice over apples.
3. Add cold water, celery, apples and pecans to the gelatin. Chill until firm.
4. Serves 6.
