Beef & Rice With Mushroom Gravy

Ingredientes
- 1 pkg. beef stew meat
- 1 - 2 cans (small) mushrooms
- 1 - 2 pkg. mushroom gravy or 1 can of cream of mushroom soup
- 1 pkg. rice
Instrucciones
1. Simmer beef stew meat in crock pot or skillet.
2. Add mushroom gravy mix or soup.
3. Add mushrooms, heat until soup and mushrooms are hot.
4. Cook rice.
5. Pour gravy over rice.
