Sweet Carrot Juice
Ingredients
- Carrots
- Sugar
- Water
Instructions
1. Chop or grate the carrots.
2. Place carrots and sugar in a blender, and add a small amount of water as needed.
3. Blend this mixture until well-puréed.
4. Strain the carrot purée to obtain a pure juice.
5. Chill and serve.
