- 1 box instant pudding mix (vanilla)
- 4 eggs, separated
- 1/4 c. cooking oil
- 1 1/3 c. milk
- 1 tsp. vanilla

Instructions
1. Beat egg whites; set aside.
2. Mix all other ingredients well. Fold in egg whites.
3. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes in two 9-inch pans.
