Spice Bread In A Jar

- 1 c. shortening
- 2 2/3 c. sugar
- 2 c. applesauce
- 2/3 c. water
- 4 eggs
- 3 1/3 c. all-purpose flour
- 2 tsp. soda
- 1/2 tsp. baking powder
- 1 1/2 tsp. cinnamon
- 1 tsp. cloves
- 1 c. chopped walnuts
- 1 c. raisins
Instructions
1. Preheat oven to 325°.
2. Spray 7 wide mouth pint jars with nonstick cooking spray.
