Snowball Cookies

Ingredients
- 2 c. powdered sugar
- 6 c. rice cereal
- 1 c. raisins
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 4 c. miniature marshmallows
- 1/4 c. butter
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- 1/2 tsp. almond extract

Instructions
1. Place sugar in bowl.
2. In another bowl, combine next 3 ingredients.
3. In saucepan, combine marshmallows and butter.
4. Stir until smooth.
5. Remove from heat.
6. Stir in extracts.
7. Pour over cereal mixture.
8. Stir until well coated.
9. Using greased hands, shape into 1 1/2-inch balls.
10. Coat with sugar.
