Rum Balls
Ingredients
- 3 c. vanilla wafer crumbs
- 1 c. 4x sugar
- 1/2 c. rum or bourbon
- 3 Tbsp. white corn syrup
- 1 c. fine pecan crumbs
- 3 Tbsp. cocoa
Instructions
1. Mix well.
2. Roll mixture into 4x sugar to coat.
3. Store in airtight container for several days.
4. Keeps well.
