Neiman-Marcus Bars

Ingredients
- 1 box yellow cake mix
- 3 eggs
- 1 stick margarine, softened
- 1 c. chopped nuts
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese, softened
- 1 box 10x powdered sugar

Instructions
1. Mix 1 egg with margarine, nuts and cake mix by hand; pat into Pam sprayed 3 or 4-quart baking dish.
2. Cream the cream cheese with 2 eggs; add sugar.
3. Mix well; spread over cake layer.
4. Bake at 350° for 40 minutes.
