Mascarpone Chocolate Sauce
Ingredients
- 1 cup (300 g/11 oz) mascarpone cheese
- ½ cup () chocolate syrup
- 2 tablespoons white granulated sugar
- 1–2 pinches of salt
Instructions
1. Whisk together all ingredients in your serving bowl.
2. Serve as a dipping sauce with beignets or fruit; or, serve over ice cream.
