Lemon Fluff
Ingredients
- 1 large pkg. lemon jello
- 8 oz. Cool Whip
- 16 oz. can sliced peaches (packed in juice)
- 1 Tbsp. almond extract (optional)

Instructions
1. Make jello; let set until thickened.
2. Drain peaches and cut into bite-size pieces.
3. Fold extract, peaches and Cool Whip into jello.
4. Pour into ring mold and let set.
