- 1 jelly roll, sliced into 8 pieces 1-inch thick
- 2 egg whites, beaten stiff
- 3/4 c. chopped pecans
- cinnamon

1. This is another really old menu.
2. My aunt, who later became head chef at the Memorial Union at the University of Wisconsin, gave me the salad and dessert recipes way back in the forties.
