Hartshorne Sweet Sauce
Ingredients
- 2 glasses red wine
- 1 glass vinegar
- 3 tsp cullis (strong meat broth)
- A bit of sugar
- 1 onion, sliced
- A little cinnamon
- 1 bay leaf
