German Shepherd Pie

Ingredients
- 1 onion, minced
- 4 c. ground beef
- 2 c. beef gravy (can be canned)
- 1 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/2 tsp. Tabasco
- 2 tsp. salt
- 8 medium potatoes (can use leftover mashed)
- 1 egg, slightly beaten

Instructions
1. Saute onion in butter (soft not brown).
2. Add meat, spices and gravy.
3. Place in casserole; top with mashed potatoes and brush with beaten egg.
4. Bake at 425° for 20 minutes.
