Fiesta Ranch Potatoes With Creamy Chile Dip

Ingredients
- 1 pkg. Hidden Valley Ranch Fiesta Ranch party dip mix
- 5 medium baking potatoes, cut lengthwise into eighths
- 2 Tbsp. canola oil
Instructions
1. Wash and cut potatoes. Shake mix with potatoes in a plastic bag. When potatoes are coated, add oil and shake or rub to coat. Bake at 425° in a single layer on greased baking pan for 40 minutes until brown.
2. Serve with Chile Dip.
