Dad'S Potato Soup

Ingredients
- 3 slices turkey ham, diced
- 8 to 10 large potatoes (1/2 cooked and diced)
- 1 large onion, diced
- 1/2 green pepper, diced
- 1 jar pimento
- 1 lb. Velveeta, chunked
- 1/4 c. butter
- 10 c. milk
Instructions
1. Mix ingredients in 3 1/2-quart crock-pot (14 cups).
2. Add milk.
3. Cook on medium for 3 to 4 hours.
