Colorado Marble

Ingredients
- 3 bars German sweet chocolate
- 6 Tbsp. hot water
- 6 eggs, separated
- 2 c. whipping cream, whipped
- 1 angel food cake
- 6 Tbsp. powdered sugar
- 1 c. chopped pecans
- 1 tsp. butter
- 1 box frozen raspberries, thawed
Instructions
1. Melt German sweet chocolate in 6 tablespoons hot water.
2. Add egg yolks to hot mixture, one at a time, stirring quickly so they don't curdle.
3. Add powdered sugar.
4. Set aside in pan of cool water to cool.
5. Beat egg whites; whip whipping cream.
6. Fold together. Combine with chocolate mixture.
