Strawberry Bread

Zutaten
- 3 c. flour
- 1 tsp. salt
- 4 eggs
- 2 c. sugar
- 2 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen strawberries
- 1 1/4 c. vegetable oil
- 3 oz. cream cheese, softened
- 1 c. sifted confectioners sugar
- 1/4 tsp. vanilla
- 1 tsp. soda
- 1 Tbsp. cinnamon
- 1/2 c. chopped pecans

Anleitung
1. Preheat oven to 350°.
2. Combine flour, salt, eggs, sugar, strawberries, oil, soda, cinnamon and pecans in bowl; mix well. Pour into 2 greased 5 x 9-inch loaf pans.
3. Bake for 1 hour. Remove to wire rack to cool.
4. Cut into thin slices.
5. Combine cream cheese, confectioners sugar and vanilla in bowl.
6. Beat until smooth.
7. Spread between slices of strawberry bread.
